SA Studio Presents

Your mission is too important for administrative chaos.

You started your organization to serve a purpose, not to spend your days buried in scheduling, inbox management, and project coordination. But here you are.

SA Studio reflects the spirit behind every Satiated Artists placement. Three courses, built from 15+ years of real-world remote team training, now available to anyone ready to build exceptional administrative support.

Sound familiar?

You started this work to make a difference. Not to drown in scheduling, email, and project tracking.

Scattered energy

You're doing the admin, the outreach, the coordination and the actual mission work, often all at the same time. Something always slips.

Hiring feels risky

Past fractional support didn't work out. Managing someone new feels like more work, not less, especially without SOPs in place.

Revenue is unpredictable

You're losing opportunities because you can't keep up with follow-through. Leads slip through the cracks when you're stretched thin.

The stakes are too high

The communities you serve are working with fewer resources, and need you now more than ever. And you can't afford to waste time on handling admin that could be handled by someone else.

You've tried hiring support before. Maybe it didn't stick. The onboarding took more energy than doing it yourself, the handoff never quite clicked, and you ended up back at square one, still the bottleneck in your own organization. Meanwhile, the communities and clients you serve are counting on you to show up focused on the work that actually matters.

The Art of Project Management

A structured 10-module program covering real project management methodology (Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid) adapted specifically for creative professionals serving both nonprofit and for-profit clients. This isn't an abstract PM certification course. Every concept is grounded in the actual work of managing client projects remotely.

Using an interactive workbook, you'll utilize a package of Project Management Excel Templates that are yours to keep and use throughout your PM career. You'll learn to define scope, identify stakeholders, build communication plans, facilitate meetings, manage tools, and navigate the challenges that derail most projects: scope creep, accountability gaps, radio silence, and decision fatigue.

The Art of Remote Teamwork

The ART Framework

Built around the ART framework (Autonomy, Resilience, Togetherness), this course prepares new remote employees and the leaders they work with to hit the ground running. It's designed for the specific challenges of onboarding into a remote environment where you need to contribute from day one without the scaffolding of a physical office.

You'll move through seven modules covering everything from workspace setup and tech selection to communication best practices, conflict resolution, self-motivation, burnout prevention, and continuous improvement. Every lesson ends with an immediate action item and a focus area to prioritize as you integrate into your team. This course is led by our own artists-to-admins who are successfully working remotely.

Laura Gouin, Founder and CEO of Satiated Artists
Meet the founder

Laura Gouin

Founder & CEO, Satiated Artists

Laura is a director, writer, and actress who got tired of starving and built the company she wished existed when she was starting out. She draws on her background in theater and film casting to match clients with their ideal administrative support: creative professionals who are then trained through her systematic program, rooted in teaching principles from her MA in Education.

Her approach to hiring, training, and team building has served organizations for over two decades, placing hires that stick long-term and building teams that actually work. Every course in SA Studio comes directly from this training methodology, and the same process that has prepared over 100 working artists for real client engagements.

Satiated Artists was founded on the belief that people thrive when they have enough, and that artists deserve more than the "starving artist" stereotype. Laura's mission is to unite two groups: businesses in need of creative solutions and artists seeking stable income to support their creative passions, and to prove that the result is better for everyone.

What people are saying

From Students & Graduates

"The course gave us a shared language and framework for the things we knew we should be doing but weren't quite making space for. We got to apply it immediately with a client project which really helped us clarify roles and communication. As a result we are more clear and coordinated in our approach. And as a manager I feel more relaxed about how this project will unfold even when we have had to pivot and adapt. I'm so glad we went through the training together!"

Kate Harris

Owner and Founder, Kate Harris Group

"As an artist, this course helped me hone my creative process and implement trusted strategies with clarity and efficiency. The course was easy to follow along and the resources shared are ones I know I'll continue to refer to as my work deepens. Going through it with Kate created a bridge in our work together so that we can continue to be a united and cohesive team."
