Jenna Rose Forte

Executive Assistant

Jenna (she/her) is a creative writer and performer based in Berlin, Germany. She is the Executive Virtual Assistant to Dan Hanson at DHA Laboratory. She has a BFA from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania where she studied English literature, creative writing with a focus in poetry, and sculpture. Jenna has spent time on organic farms and communes, learning sustainable practices and herbalism, was a preschool teacher and mentor for fine arts students- all until she decided to move to Berlin in 2018. What she has learned in her many paths is that she is passionate about empowering others and helping them reach their full potential. She is a spoken word poet and activist with an eclectic range of interests; from animals with special needs (she has a paralyzed cat, Marcel), to neuroscience, to wardrobe design, and everything early 90’s performance art. You can find Jenna with her nose in a book, exploring lakes, and ranting about whatever new thing she learned that week.

Artist Statement

"Through the page I am able to manifest a fragmented stream of consciousness, storytelling, feeling colors- a mix of poetry and prose. Intention and movement propel me to find voices that haven’t yet been given the chance to scream."
