What we do
Some general administrative duties expected of our Artful Admins include, but are not limited to:
- Written and verbal communication
- Management of email, tasks, calendars, and digital files
- Data entry and research
- Documentation and record preparation
- Planning and problem solving
- Meeting attendance and note taking
- Tool advisement and implementation
- Content writing and content management
- Standard operating procedure (SOP) creation, implementation, and improvement
Our Artful Admins may support one or more specific areas of a business:
- Executive Assistants: Support the needs of executive(s) with focus on schedules and communications.
- Project Coordinators: Support the needs of projects with focus on deadlines, budgets, and pipelines.
- Operations Coordinators: Support all departments involved in running business activities and logistics.
- Communications Coordinators: Support internal and external company representation and messaging.
- Account Coordinators: Support customer/client relationships and ensure the needs of all are addressed.
