Meet the Team

The Artful Admins of Satiated Artists are supported by a team of professionals who collectively have over 30 years of experience working in human resources, business strategy and operations, project management, and of course administrative support.

Think of us as the backstage team who will set the stage for you and your next great hire.

Laura Gouin

Founder

Laura Gouin (she/her) is a director, writer, and actress who got tired of starving and essentially created the company she wishes would have been around when she was starting out. She loves leveraging her experience in theater and film casting to custom match clients with their most ideal support, drawn from the creative arts. These Artful Admins are taken through her systematic training program, founded on principles of teaching learned from her MA in education.

In addition to her creative background, she has worked professionally in team augmentation, sales, business development and operational management. Her unique approach to hiring, training, and team building has served organizations for over two decades by placing hires that stick long-term, and fostering teams that truly thrive.

Amanda Winston

New Project Specialist & Project Manager

Amanda Winston (she/her) is the New Project Specialist for Satiated Artists and Lead Project Manager for one of SA’s original clients. Fun fact, she was also the very first to join Satiated Artists! It all started when Amanda worked as an assistant director for Laura, our founder, on a theater production and was on the hunt for a more sustainable day job. Laura saw the potential in artful admins, and thus Satiated Artists was born. At SA, Amanda helps organize and facilitate the completion of internal SA projects, working closely with the team to ensure the full vision is brought to life.

Originally from Carmel, Indiana, Amanda is a Butler University graduate with a BA in Theatre and minor in Digital Media Production. She is a Chicago based actor and creator with various credits in theater, film, television, commercials, and voiceover. She’s also been known to direct on occasion for both camera and stage, dabbles in screenwriting, and hopes to eventually produce films of her own. When she’s not working or performing, Amanda loves going on adventures with her husband and dog and gaming/geeking around with her close group of friends.
