Many of our clients want to make more use of their VA, but don’t know what additional work to give them. Other clients feel daunted by the idea of how much work they could delegate, and don’t know where to start.
Satiated Artists requires that each of our clients provides their VA with at least 10 hours of work per week. This allows the VA to have some predictability and satiation, and encourages our clients to constantly be uncovering at least a small amount of work for their VA to do. The payoff here is that clients are obligated to focus on the things only they can do, and delegate at least some of the rest.
